Traditional Kansa bronze tawa with two handles for controlled lifting and serving. The broad cooking surface is suitable for dosa, roti, chapati and other flatbreads.

Care Instructions:
Wash before first use. Preheat gradually on low to medium heat and apply a small amount of oil as required. Avoid prolonged empty heating and sudden temperature changes. Use wooden or silicone utensils where practical. Clean with a soft sponge and mild soap, dry immediately, and store in a dry place. Natural darkening or patina may develop with use.
